New Hopes

I've been suffering major depression for the past five-ish years, and only now have I been getting treatment. I can't tell you how good it feels to be alive, and how everything seems...normal. Before, I was having passive suicidal thoughts and did do A FRIKKIN LOT of psychological self-harm, and a bit of physical, but now, I'm just free from all of it and I can honestly say I haven't felt this good since I was 5. It's like a miracle. I'm free from myself. I FINALLY have a chance to start living like a normal teen. To do things I only dreamed of doing and to finally find out who I really am. But black is still my favorite shade. Dark purple my fav color.

I drew this to kind of motivate me to keep on going while the clouds have cleared, because like in any apocalypse, you really don't know how much worse it can get. Later on. When I eventually end treatment.

So this was done with pencils, inks, gel pens, and a bit of happy help from photoshop. Hope you like it. ^^
